Fireworks Should Not Be Band.

For this topic, I have decided to write about keeping fireworks. Fireworks have been a tradition in my family for many years and many other families too, I want people to believe this statement. I'm sure by the end of this you will believe my opinion and reasons why we should keep fireworks and not ban them because they are great for guy Fawkes and many occasions too.

Fireworks brings family and friends together and it brings close loved ones together. Many families have different traditions for guy Fawkes. Some have a barque or some go out for dinner. Many have different occasions and beliefs that they do on guy Fawkes.

Fireworks have been around for many years and have been celebrated on guy Fawkes every year on November 5. Guy Fawkes was invented in 1605 and many of the families have used fireworks to celebrate. Why do we celebrate guy Fawkes and use fireworks? On the very night that the gunpowder plot was foiled November 5th, 1605, bonfires were set to celebrate the safety of the king . it would be a real shame to ban fireworks as it brings so many families together and they are really fun to celebrate with.

Since loads of people get hurt by fireworks that is 100% their responsibility how they handle the fireworks in able to use them. If people are stupid around fireworks they would get hurt. But if they manage the fireworks in a responsible manner less people or none at all will get hurt.

Fireworks are so pretty and very colourful. There are many different fireworks, some are loud and some are quiet but just as big and colourful, if you do have pets and you don't want them to get frightened or scared by the fireworks then just use the fireworks that are quiet and not as loud as the normal ones but will still be just as cool. so why would you ban them when you can just manage them responsibly and not be stupid around them? And not be silly,

There are many ways to handle fireworks and keep your animals safe. you just lock them inside and put them in the furthest room possible so the noise won't be as loud. You can also put soft music in the background to distract them from the loud noise.

Since so many families have celebrated fireworks it would be very sad to see them go and people won't be able to celebrate guy Fawkes with fireworks and have that same tradition every year. Fireworks are great for other occasions and they just make everything so much better and prettier. It can change a boring party to an amazing party with so many colourful sparks in the air and make it look 10 times better.

Fireworks in the past obviously have caused a lot of damage but that's because people have not manage them in a responsible manner. If you get fireworks you should probably learn how to manage them before you get them and not be silly around them. Because that will cause fires and damage to loads of things. Thats why its so important to manage fireworks well.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that fireworks should not be band. As it has been celebrated for many years and loads of families celebrate it. Again I repeat we should not ban fireworks. And many families would be disappointed or sad that we are banning fireworks because it is a big impact on someone's tradition.

Duffy Books

Our school is very lucky and fortunate to get Duffy books because we are a Duffy school and we get them for free. Some schools don't get Duffy books, in 2019 the programme reported almost 520 schools get Duffy books and other 100,000 students get them. How we pick our books is we have a magazine which has lots of books on it, we get to choice 4 because we might not get the book that we want so we get 4 options in cause we don't get the first one we picked. Every year we have a Duffy show that comes to our school, and we get Duffy books every term These are the two books I chose and one is called “Emma” by Jane Austen and the other is called “Echo”.

Personal Recount

My favorite holiday was when I went to Auckland, we waited in the airport for quite awhile because our flight got delayed many times but we got there eventually, It was my first time going on a plane and it was really fun. I loved seeing the golden sunset outside the window and you felt like you could touch the clouds. The plane was very bumpy but it was still fun, arriving in Auckland felt so cool because I had never been there before and it was a fun experience and I really wanna go back there.

When we arrived at our hotel it was so big and very fancy I felt like the queen arriving in her mansion, the owners of the hotel were so nice and helpful. In the hotel had a gym,swimming pool,and 5 different restaurants and heaps of stairs.

When we were at the airport I saw Stan walker walk past I was shook, There were lots of famous people at the Auckland airport I was fangirling.  

The next day we decided to do heaps of shopping and we went up the sky tower, the sky tower was very scary but it was really fun. I felt really dizzy going up the big elevator because you could see yourself going higher and higher up. When we got to the top it was really cool because you could step on the glass witch was on the ground, and you could take cool photos of yourself behind a green screen and you could look like your falling of the sky tower. I was a bit scared at first but I could used to it.

When we got down I felt so relieved that we were down on the ground and safe,after we went up the sky tower we decided to do some shopping. And buy some cool stuff. Soon it started raining and it flooded like the whole street it was weird.  There was heaps of traffic in Auckland and it was very noisy. There were really cool cars there as well and all the hotels were so fancy.

We could see the sky tower from the place we were staying at, it was so cool. I wanted to take heaps of photos of the sky tower but sadly I forgot my phone. The sky tower looks so pretty at night time, With all the lights on it and the pretty sunset.

The Three Little Pigs Charged For Murder.





On a tragic Monday night ,The three little pigs Alfie,Bertie and Charlie are charged for murdering the big bad wolf. They were lying about the big bad wolf blowing there house down, People claim that they were just trying to protect their property,others claim they were lying about the whole thing and the three little pigs set the whole thing up. No one would think that the three little pigs would go that far and try to boil the wolf alive, But they did.. The three little pigs are bad, some people are saying that the big bad wolf had asthma and he couldn't blow the house down anyway.





“I have an idea”, Alfie said “we should boil the big bad wolf so he will stop coming back” he said.


“No that's a bad idea we could go to jail” ,Bertie replied





Soon after the murder happened the cops came straight away to the house and smashed all the windows and doors open and took the three little pigs. Later that day the three little pigs were taken to court, there was heaps of auguring about it whether it was the pig's fault or the big bad wolfs fault. They soon found out the reason why the three little pigs murdered the big bad wolf its because they didn't have enough money to pay rent so they decided to make up a story about the big bad wolf blowing their house down but he couldn't because he was asthmatic.





But some people don’t understand why the big bad wolf came to the three little pigs house in the first place because he couldn't blow the house down because he had asthma “so what was the big bad wolf trying to do in the first place”?, The judge said.
